3. We call you
At your scheduled time a skin expert will call you. Your consultation takes around 30 minutes and you’ll leave with a bespoke treatment plan.
What to expect
Your consultation will take around 30 minutes. We’ll discuss your current regime and any recommendations we may have. All of our therapists are highly trained and will tailor a bespoke treatment plan for you.
There is a £30 consultation fee, which is redeemable against products purchased on the day of your consultation. If you decide not to purchase any products, the £30 fee is not redeemable. Following your initial consultation, we offer a follow-up consultation free of charge.

Skin Consultation
Speak with a skincare expert. All our therapists are trained to the highest standard. Based on your completed questions, a bespoke prescriptive treatment plan will be tailored to your specific needs, so you only invest in the products your skin really needs. The £30 fee is redeemable against products bought on the day.
Follow Up Skin Consultation
Based on your previous online consultation, we’ll discuss how you are getting on with your regime and review your treatment plan together. Offered free of charge after your initial consultation.

We have all been teenagers and suffered with skin problems. The teenage years are the time to practise great skin habits that will stay with you for a lifetime.
