How to Use the Cosmetic Roll-CIT
Before starting, your skin should be well-prepped with Environ and able to tolerate Level 3 AVST or equivalent.
Beginner Routine:
Use 2 times per week to start, gradually increasing to daily use as tolerated.
Roll each section of the face and neck vertically, horizontally, and diagonally.
Continue rolling for 3–5 minutes with mild but firm pressure.
Aftercare:
Rinse your roller with warm water after each use.
Clean thoroughly once a week with Environ Instrument Cleansing Solution.
